This is the best potassium I have ever used! This is my second order. It absorbs so quickly into my system. When heart palpitations start due to insufficient potassium, this resolves it immediately, along with leg and foot cramps! It is much easier and quicker to react than pills, without capsules or undesirable ingredients.

I got rid of my leg cramps! I began the Keto diet and started having severe leg cramps due to a lack of minerals. The first night I took this, my leg cramps disappeared. It has been two weeks without a cramp since. I also bought a bottle for my mother, and it has relieved her cramps too. It has no taste when mixed with about a quarter-cup of water. Excellent product!
